-the effect of temperature on glycerin and essences contained in the tobamel, i.e. the honey/treacle-molasses based smoking concoctions available in the market.
-the composition of water, after a smoking session and… before.
-the composition of the quicklighting charcoal, likely to represent the biggest hazard for hookah users !
-etc.

Then, in a “harm reduction” perspective, draw your own conclusions: for instance what can you do to enhance the filtering properties of water or avoid the above mentioned charcoal ?
